Donna Bupphaves is the Owner and Lead Teacher at Apple Seeds Preschool. She earned her master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire. Her doors opened in the fall of 2009 fullfilling a life-long dream of owning her own school. Previously Donna was employed for 9 years by the North Middlesex Regional School District. She tutored home-bound children with special needs, tutored English as a second language at the high school and was a teacher at Peter Fitpatrick school for seven years. Donna has been an active Pepperell resident since 1992 living with her husband and two sons.
Jeanne LeBlanc is our Teacher's Assistant and Files Manager. Jeanne has been active in the community since she and her husband first moved to Pepperell in 2002. After receiving her BA in Psychology from Kenyon College, Jeanne worked in the financial services industry in downtown Boston. With the arrival of her second son, Jeanne changed her focus from career to home. While caring for her children, she took advantage of multiple opportunities to volunteer in the community. She served on the town Finance Committee and has been an active volunteer at her children’s school. She has also served as an officer of the Friends of the Lawrence Library since 2006. Your older children may know Jeanne from her three years of being a substitute teacher in Pepperell (pre-K through fourth grade). Jeanne enjoys working with children and is looking forward to helping your children discover a love of learning. Jeanne also handles all of the student files at Apple Seeds.
